Pure Pilates Studio is dedicated to the authentic teachings of Joseph Pilates. All Pure Pilates instructors are comprehensively certified, having completed at least 600-hours of training, observation, and apprenticeship.
Located in Shrewsbury, NJ in Monmouth County, Pure Pilates Studio provides Pilates instruction in a safe, supportive, and warm environment. All exercises are tailored to the individual body to support your fitness and wellness goals.
